I thoroughly enjoyed helpful and exceptionally polite employees!
The rooms they offer were neat and huge with a great view, microwave plus the air outside. It had absolutely perfect and good location minutes away from Juan Pablo ii Museum.

Being directly on the waterfront, the view from this hotel's restaurant is truly breathtaking, making dinner a memorable experience. the location is perfect, as it is downtown and also within close proximity to the bus terminal. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and some even have jacuzzis. the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is also good with plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel could be more environmentally conscious in terms of towel and sheet usage.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. They welcomed us with complimentary drinks and we appreciated that. the location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the bus terminal and the main city center. And the room had a beautiful view of the city.
Our Thanksgiving experience was not great. the breakfast was not what we expected, with limited options and cold pastries.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect – it was close to bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, and had a lovely view of the water. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were comfortable and felt safe the whole time. Our room was spacious, with a big bed, sitting area, kitchenette, and good bathroom facilities. Everything was clean, and the breakfast spread was perfectly adequate.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.
